I was born and raised in Chalmette, Louisiana, and started my first restoration at the age of 14.  It was a 1966 Mustang with a 200 cubic inch six.  I drove the car back and forth to LSU and kept it for many years.
I got hooked on drag-racing with the Mustang, so I built a super-comp dragster.  I campaigned that dragster on tracks from Denver, Co. to Gainesville, Fla. for the next 12 years.  The most exciting time was when I won the Southern Nationals in 1986 running 8.90 at 155mph.
Hurricane Katrina closed a couple of businesses for me in Chalmette.  So, in 2006 I moved to Picayune, Mississippi and opened B&B Motorsports in 2007.  The shop's first car was my personal 1934 Ford replica which has become B&B's signature vehicle.
The work ethic applied to that car, and any job done by this shop, is that “It will be done right and it will be done with safety in mind.”
